CapitaLand Vietnam is a subsidiary business unit of CapitaLand. CapitaLand presence in Vietnam is in primarily Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong and Danang with its main business in residential and serviced residences sectors. In residential sector, to date, CapitaLand has a portfolio of close to 6,000 homes across six residential projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Four projects in Ho Chi Minh City, which are The Vista, PARCSpring, Vista Verde and one site in Binh Chanh District. The other two projects are in Hanoi, named Mulberry Lane and one site in Ha Dong District. In the serviced residence sector, its wholly-owned serviced residence business unit, The Ascott Limited, has a portfolio of more than 1,800 apartment units in 13 properties across the four major cities, making it the largest international serviced residence owner-operator in the country.
